Auto Apply
Auto apply to jobs, done right
Auto Apply is CoBlack’s autonomous application engine: it finds verified openings, checks that the job actually fits you, writes a fresh resume for that specific opening, and submits the application server side, while you live your life.

What happens when CoBlack applies
You set up a campaign once: the roles you want, where you want them, and the salary they need to pay. From there, Auto Apply runs the whole application without you. It takes each verified opening that clears your fit bar, writes a resume tailored to that job, answers the screening questions truthfully from your validated profile, and submits directly to the employer. Every application lands in your Job Applications table as it happens, with the exact resume that was sent, and recruiter replies come to your own inbox.
Nothing runs in your browser. There is no extension to install, no tab to babysit, no laptop that has to stay open. CoBlack applies from its own servers, which means it is applying while you are working your current job, cooking dinner, or asleep. Members apply 72 times faster than by hand and convert to interviews at 12 times the rate of a standard search (internal data, 2026).
Why most auto apply tools disappoint people
Ask job seekers about auto apply bots and you will hear the same two complaints. The spray-and-pray tools blast one resume at every posting they can reach, so quality collapses and recruiters learn to ignore them. The browser extensions just autofill forms, so you are still the one finding jobs, judging fit, and clicking submit. Either way, the hard part of the search stays yours.
CoBlack was built against both failures. It will not apply to a job that does not clear your fit bar, so volume never replaces quality. And it automates the entire search, not just the click: finding, matching, writing, and applying are all part of the same engine.
Verified jobs, not scraped listings
Auto Apply only submits to openings sourced directly from employers’ own hiring systems and verified career pages. That single decision filters out the expired posts, duplicates, and ghost listings that fill job boards, and it means the application arrives where employers actually read them, not into a reposting site’s void.
The fit gate
Before CoBlack applies anywhere, Auto Match scores the opening against your Career Capability Map, the structured picture of what you can actually do. Openings are scored at roughly 98 percent match accuracy, and anything below the bar is skipped. You can read why any job was matched, and why one was not. An application only goes out when it deserves to.
What it costs
The Point plan is free: eight tailored applications a month, no card required. Vector is $19.99 a month for 200 applications, Matrix is $39.99 for 400. Flat and predictable, never metered by credits or tokens.
Questions, answered
Is there an app that applies to jobs for you?
Yes. CoBlack is an app that applies to jobs for you autonomously: it finds verified openings that fit your profile, writes a tailored resume for each one, answers screening questions truthfully, and submits the application server side. You set the boundaries once in a campaign and review the results in your dashboard.
Do auto apply bots actually work?
The spray-and-pray kind mostly do not: sending one generic resume everywhere produces applications recruiters skip. Auto apply works when quality survives the automation. CoBlack applies only to verified openings that clear a fit bar, with a resume written for that specific job, which is why members see interviews at 12 times the rate of a standard search (internal data, 2026).
Does Auto Apply run in my browser?
No. CoBlack applies from its own servers. There is no extension, nothing to install, and no computer that has to stay on. Applications go out while you are offline.
Can I see what was submitted for me?
Every application appears in your Job Applications table as it happens, including the exact resume that was sent. Recruiter replies arrive in your own inbox, with no proxy email in between.
How many jobs will CoBlack apply to?
As many verified, above-the-bar matches as your plan covers: eight a month on the free Point plan, 200 on Vector, 400 on Matrix. The fit gate means the number is real applications worth sending, not raw volume.

Your career, automatically in motion. The application itself is the part that breaks most job searches, and this is how Auto Apply removes it.
Hands off
Job seekers now spend 46 hours filling out forms before a single offer. Auto Apply does that part server-side, with no review screen and no final click.
Do auto apply bots actually work?
Some work, most disappoint. Why spray-and-pray fails, what a quality bar changes, and how to judge any auto apply tool in five minutes.
Is there an app that applies to jobs for you?
Yes, and they come in three families: autofill extensions, volume blasters, and autonomous platforms. How each behaves, and four questions that sort them.
