Auto Search
The AI job search agent that never stops looking
Auto Search is CoBlack’s AI job search agent: it runs your search continuously and in parallel, sourcing openings directly from employers’ hiring systems and verified career pages, so the jobs it finds are real, current, and worth your time.

An automated job search that actually searches
Most job hunting is searching: the nightly scroll through boards, the same keywords, the same stale listings. Auto Search removes that job entirely. You describe what you want in a campaign, and the agent works it around the clock, discovering new openings as employers post them. You run up to three campaigns at once, plus an AI-aided search that matches intelligently beyond your filters, so one profile searches in four directions at the same time.
Where the jobs come from
Directly from the source. CoBlack reads employers’ own applicant tracking systems and verified career pages rather than scraping job boards. Board listings decay: they expire, duplicate, and linger long after the role is filled, and some were never real. Sourcing at the origin is why a CoBlack match was verified as live at the time it was found, and it is how your profile was matched at 165,000 jobs in seven seconds on an inventory that has passed 1.2 million openings and keeps growing.
A background agent, not a browsing session
Auto Search runs server side. It does not need your browser open, your laptop on, or your evenings. When you sign in, the work is already done: discovered jobs scored and waiting, applications already moving through Auto Apply if they cleared your bar. The searching, the reading, and the filtering happen between your sessions, which is exactly what an agent is for.
Campaigns are the steering wheel
A campaign is your standing brief: titles, locations, salary floor. The agent stays inside it. Change the brief and the search changes with it; pause it and everything stops. Autonomy with boundaries you set once and own completely.
Questions, answered
What is an AI job search agent?
An AI job search agent is software that runs your job search for you in the background: discovering openings, scoring them against your profile, and preparing or submitting applications between your sessions. Auto Search is CoBlack's agent, and it feeds verified openings to Auto Match and Auto Apply so the whole search runs itself.
How is this different from job board alerts?
Alerts notify you about listings on one board, many of them stale or duplicated, and the work still lands on you. Auto Search pulls from employers' own hiring systems, verifies the opening is live, scores the fit, and hands the job to the rest of the engine. You get applications sent, not emails to triage.
How many searches can run at once?
Three campaigns in parallel, plus the AI-aided search that matches beyond your explicit filters. Each campaign is its own brief: different titles, different cities, different salary floors.
Do I have to keep my computer on?
No. Auto Search runs on CoBlack's servers around the clock. Nothing is installed on your machine and nothing depends on your browser being open.
