Enhance. Not replace.
There is a kind of AI company that brags about cutting edges. The kind that is quietly cutting the very people who built the edge.
CoBlack is not that company.
A line we will not cross.
We believe AI is one of the most powerful tools ever built. The question is what you point it at. We point ours at one thing. Keeping our customers relevant, employed, and moving forward in a market that is rewriting itself by the quarter.
What the market is doing.
The numbers tell the story. Tech companies announced more than 81,000 layoffs in the first quarter of 2026, the highest quarterly total in over two years. Nearly half of those cuts were attributed to AI and workflow automation. At the same time, around 275,000 AI-related job postings sat open in the United States, with hiring for those roles up 92 percent year over year.
Read those two facts together. The work has not disappeared. It has shifted. Skills are still in demand. Most applicants just cannot move at the speed the market is moving.
Where CoBlack comes in.
We built CoBlack for the people lost in that gap. The ones drowning in job boards, rewriting the same resume for the tenth time, getting filtered out before a human ever sees their name. We help them keep up. Not by handing them another chatbot, but by doing the heavy lifting that should have been automated years ago.
Intelligence with purpose.
Find the right role. Build the right resume. Apply with confidence. Repeat until you are hired.
That is what AI is supposed to do. Lift people up. Not lay them off.

There are 8.7 million people without a job across the US and Canada. Our ambition is to help one percent of them, and this is the plan.
Not the flood
A wave of generic AI applications taught employers to distrust what comes through the door. CoBlack was built on the opposite bet: send less, send true.
AutoApply.Jobs runs on people. CoBlack runs on software
AutoApply.Jobs uses real human experts to apply on your behalf, an honest model with a hard ceiling: capped jobs, expiring credits, and scattershot matching.
The screening stack
Most applications are now read by machines before a person ever sees them. CoBlack builds each one to be read accurately, every time.
JobCopilot for reviewing. CoBlack for autonomy
JobCopilot requires your approval before every application goes out. CoBlack sources from verified employer feeds and applies autonomously. An honest comparison.
